Cancellation policy

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that will ship at a future date. At checkout, we collect a deposit and securely store your payment method. The remaining balance will be charged when your order is ready to ship.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it is fulfilled; however, the deposit is non-refundable. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
