We’re passionate about riding, food, wine and culture — and ensuring that our guests share in those loves so thoroughly that your trip will not be merely the best cycling vacation of your life, but the best vacation you’ve ever had, period.

How do we accomplish this? It’s pretty simple. All we have to do is be perfect.

Service
At inGamba, we pride ourselves on providing true full service. In addition to your guides, you’re supported by Luis our full-time mechanic and the mythical soigneuer raulSTRONG who make your riding experience and recovery worry-free. We provide support, food and drinks for the entire course of each ride, and might even put a friendly hand on your back for that two-second boost you need to hang on the pro’s wheel.

Bicycles
We provide the best bicycles available, anywhere. You’ll ride a racing level Pinarello Dogma bike, equipped and setup with a true pro-level build, fitted to measure and hungry for miles. Each bike has a Garmin 800 outfitted with the maps for the days ride so that you can share with your friends back home the route you did.

Clothing
When you arrive in your room you will have the now famous rain bag with a few gifts. We like clothing, in fact we like clothing a lot. One of our favorite brands Giordana also happens to be one of our partners. Each guest will receive a full kit including jersey, shorts, arm warmers, knee warmers, socks, gloves and of course a cap so that you can look good at the coffee stop. In addition we give our guests an inGamba t-shirt and baseball cap. Who doesn’t like a little schwag.

Food and Drink
There’s a big difference between eating regional food at a tourist restaurant, and the opportunity we provide to savor true local cuisine prepared by the best chefs and restaurants not found in guide books. Food and drink are as integral to the enjoyment of our trips as is the riding. All meals and beer and wine are included in your trip package.

Local Knowledge
inGamba was founded on the principal that our trips must give our guests all they need to truly understand the places we visit. We organize unique cultural activities and share with you the inside knowledge of the places we visit. You’ll immerse yourself in a world most visitors never even know exists.

The Pros
Pro cyclists are people too (albeit pretty incredible people on a bike), and some of them share our passion for the gourmand cycling life. Our trips are led by former pro cyclist Joao Correia, who also taps his connections and invites fellow pros along for the ride. You’ll meet current and professional cyclists, not just for a handshake or autograph, but for a draft, some encouragment, and maybe even a little torture followed by the best dessert of your life. Some of our pro guests have included Ted King (Cannondale), Laurens Ten Dam (Blanco), Stefan Denifl (iAM) and Sergio Paulinho (Saxo Bank-Tinkoff).

The Riding
We know the most beautiful and iconic roads chianti has to offer, because we’ve trained and raced there. This intimate knowledge of the routes lets us craft a day on the bike that is challenging enough for experienced cyclists but never turns into a 7 hour death-march. inGamba trips are for experienced cyclists who have just as much experience at living the good life. When you arrive from your ride you simply put your clothing in a laundry bag and it gets done for you that same day.

“And you’re not just riding with a bunch of Joeys and Freds. Allow myself to brag… about myself. In addition to food worthy of a king, pun intended, inGamba also allows you the privilege to ride with such exemplary professionals as myself and my friend and the cycling Jesus lookalike, Laurens Ten Dam of Rabobank.” -Ted King (Professional Cyclist Cannondale Pro Cycling Team)
